- I believe some of the most important transformations in life begin when we stop asking, “Am I capable?” and start asking, “Do I trust myself enough to choose what’s right for me?”
As a Transformation Coach, facilitator, and founder of Elevate Training Services, I help professionals, especially those navigating midlife, burnout, career transitions, or personal reinvention to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
My own journey taught me that what looked like a loss of confidence was actually something deeper: I had begun doubting myself and stopped trusting my own voice. That realization became the foundation for my work around self-trust and the RESET programs.
